CALL FOR PAPERS
FOR THE 23rd NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
“KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY AND 21st CENTURY HUMANISM”

The University of Library Studies and Information Technologies invites papers for participation in the 23rd National Scientific Conference with International Participation "Knowledge Society and 21st Century Humanism".
Traditionally, the conference brings together established scholars, researchers, and professionals from Bulgaria and around the world to exchange ideas and best practices in four thematic areas: literature and humanism, cultural heritage, information technologies and security.
There is a section dedicated to the next generation in science where students, PhD candidates, post-doctoral researchers, and young scientists will gain valuable experience, skills and insight.
We invite submissions for reports, scientific communications, and posters. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. The accepted materials are published on the day of the conference in electronic proceedings that meet international scientific standards and are included in the National Reference List of Bulgaria’s National Center of Information and Documentation.
DATES AND LOCATIONS
- Opening ceremony and plenary session – 31 Octomer 2025, “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” National Library (Sofia, 88 Vasil Levski Blvd).
- Working sessions – 31 October 2025, University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (Sofia, 119 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd.).
